Three fields, no obligation. For employers only - we do not place job seekers.
Sound familiar?
Six problems that bring
employers to us
Every enquiry we receive starts with one of these. Here is how each one is solved - specifically, not with slogans.
We post vacancies for months and nobody applies.
Lines idle, overtime burns out the core team, growth plans slip.
You hire from a pre-vetted pool in Thailand instead of an empty local market - realistic delivery in two to five months from signed order to workers on site, depending on the country.
Agencies overpromise, then the workers never show up.
Padded CVs, no-shows, and nobody accountable when it goes wrong.
You see trade-test results and videos, interview the shortlist yourself, and every placement carries a 3-month free replacement guarantee.
Foreign workers quit the moment their permit allows it.
The Single Permit recast makes changing employers easier from 2026.
Retention is built on conditions, not on locking people in: honest contracts, inspected housing and Thai-speaking aftercare - plus a guarantee period in your agreement.
One compliance scandal could cost us our biggest customers.
Forced-labour regulations now reach labour supply chains and audits.
Zero fees for workers, the employer-pays principle in writing, a DOE-documented recruitment chain and audit-ready paperwork at every step.
Permits and visas drag on forever.
Two bureaucracies, two languages, one missing stamp restarts the queue.
We run both tracks in parallel - the DOE job order in Bangkok and the permit in your country - with a fixed timeline agreed before you commit.
How will they even communicate on our site?
Safety briefings, shift instructions, daily coordination.
Candidates are screened for basic English, complete pre-departure training, and crews arrive with lead workers; our Thai-speaking coordinator stays one call away.

Why Thailand
Thailand vs the
usual sources
Vietnam, the Philippines and local hiring each have a place. Here is where a licensed Thai channel wins - honestly, not everywhere.
| Thailand · S.1968 | Vietnam | Philippines | Local EU hire | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Availability of trades | Welders, spa, chefs, agro | Construction, factory | Services, care, sea | Scarce, long vacancies |
| Signature niches | Thai spa & cuisine - unmatched | General labour | English-speaking care | None (local market) |
| Dedicated EU visa route | Czech quota for Thailand | None specific | None specific | N/A |
| Ethical / licensing | DOE-licensed, zero worker fees | Varies by agency | DMW-regulated | Local labour law |
| Competition for the workers | Low - few EU channels | High - everyone sources there | High - global demand | Very high |
| Typical time to on-site | 2-5 months | 2-4 months | 3-6 months | Months, if at all |
Directional comparison based on EU labour-market and DOE/DMW data, 2024-2026. The honest takeaway: for spa, cuisine, certified trades and low-competition sourcing, Thailand leads; for sheer volume, others compete.
Process
Signed order to workers
on site - in 2-5 months
Hiring from Asia usually dies in the gap between two bureaucracies. Our answer is one accountable partner running Bangkok and your country in parallel - with the timeline fixed in your contract, not in promises.
Demand letter
You define roles, headcount and terms; we draft the demand letter and power of attorney.
→ Everything is fixed on paper before anyone pays anything
DOE job order
Documents are legalised via the Thai embassy and approved by the Department of Employment in Bangkok.
→ Makes the recruitment fully legal on the Thai side - no grey schemes
Selection & testing
Shortlisting, trade tests (incl. ISO 9606 for welders), medical checks and video interviews with you.
→ You personally approve every worker before any visa is filed
Visas & permits
We run the permit in your country and the visa process in Thailand at the same time.
→ Two bureaucracies overlap instead of queuing - months collapse into weeks
Arrival & onboarding
Pre-departure training, flights, airport pickup, housing checks and first-day handover.
→ Workers arrive briefed, insured and ready for their first shift
Aftercare
Thai-speaking coordination, compliance reporting and a 3-month free replacement guarantee.
→ Crews stay stable - and you are never left alone with a problem
The full timeline - from signature to first shift - is written into your agreement. If we miss it, you pay less. That simple.

Indicative only - actual fees depend on certification, salaries and volume, and are confirmed in your agreement. Workers never pay a fee.

What partners say
We publish only real, attributable feedback - no rented quotes, no stock faces. The first European placements are underway.
Guided by integrity, professionalism and a strong commitment to workers' welfare, we strive to enhance the quality of life of Thai workers abroad - while creating long-term value for the employers who trust us.
Suchat Chantralak
Founder & Managing Director, S1968 Manpower Co., Ltd. · DOE licence holder
This space is waiting for the first European employer we place workers with. We would rather leave it empty than fill it with invented praise - when it appears here, it will be real, named and verifiable.
Be the firstThe first three European clients get founding-partner conditions: priority access to candidates, preferential fees, and a direct line to our managing director in Bangkok. References from our Thai-side partners are available on request today.

A real, licensed
Bangkok team
Not a middleman. S.1968 is a DOE-licensed agency in Bangkok with a leadership team you can name and reach - the same people who run selection, documentation and deployment for every placement.
Compliance
Europe doesn't need
more workers.
It needs a supplier it can trust.
After the scandals that shook seasonal recruitment in Scandinavia, buyers audit their labour supply chains like never before. We built S.1968 Europe for exactly that world: ethical by design, documented at every step.
DOE licensed
Licensed Thai overseas-employment agency - DOE licence No. 1250/2565. Every placement runs through an approved job order.
Zero fees for workers
The employer-pays principle: workers never pay for recruitment, visas or flights.
Audit-ready paperwork
Direct employment contracts, transparent deductions and housing that passes inspection.
IRIS-aligned
Building towards IOM IRIS certification - the international standard for ethical recruitment.
Proof, not claims
Overseas employment licence
No. Tor.1250/2565
Issued by the Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour of Thailand, to S1968 Manpower Co., Ltd., under Mr. Suchat Chantralak. Every worker we send abroad travels on an approved DOE job order under this licence - the legal foundation most agencies can't show you.
Questions
What employers ask us
Who pays the recruitment fees?+
The employer does - never the worker. The employer-pays principle is written into every placement, in line with the IOM IRIS standard. It is also what protects you under EU forced-labour rules.
Is this fully legal?+
Yes. S1968 Manpower holds an overseas employment licence (No. Tor.1250/2565) from the Thai Department of Employment. Every placement runs through an approved DOE job order and the destination country’s own work-permit process.
How long does it take to get workers on site?+
A realistic end-to-end timeline is two to five months from a signed demand letter to workers starting their first shift. Czechia sits at the short end, Germany and Croatia nearer the long end, and a backlogged permit office, such as Warsaw’s, can add months. We run the Thai and European paperwork in parallel, and each country page gives the current figures.
What if a worker leaves or doesn’t work out?+
Every placement carries a three-month free replacement guarantee. We also provide Thai-speaking aftercare so small issues get solved before they become departures.
Can we interview candidates before deciding?+
Always. You receive trade-test results and videos, and interview your shortlist by video call. No one boards a plane before your team has approved them.
Which countries can you place workers in?+
Today in Europe: Poland, Czechia, Romania, Croatia, Germany, and seasonal work in Finland and Norway. Outside Europe the agency has been placing Thai workers for years in Taiwan, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia. If your country is not listed, ask: we assess new routes case by case.
