Overseas employment licence No. Tor.1250/2565, issued by the Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour, Thailand.
Placing workers abroad from Thailand requires that licence under the Recruitment and Job-Seekers Protection Act B.E. 2528 (1985). The supervisory authority is the Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour, Thailand.
S.1968 Manpower Europe is the exclusive commercial representative of S1968 Manpower Co., Ltd. for Europe. It is a trading name of that company, not a separate legal entity and not a separately licensed recruitment agency in any EU member state.
Every placement is carried out by the licensed Thai company under its own licence, together with the employer and the competent authorities of the destination country.
Candidates pay no recruitment fee, no placement fee and no cost of documents, medical examinations or travel. All of it is borne by the employer.
This is both how we work and what Thai law requires: sections 26 and 38 of the Recruitment and Job-Seekers Protection Act cap and time-limit anything that may be charged to a job-seeker, and section 46 requires a refund if the placement does not happen.
